Terms and Conditions
- The usual service region of ImPuls, for which the travel expenses are included in the massage rate, covers 30 kilometres from the company location in Innsbruck. This distance may vary for concurrent appointments for several clients or horses. This requires prior agreement.
- By prior arrangement, travel to more distant locations is also possible. The travel costs will then depend on the number of horses being serviced and will be agreed in advance.
- Only 100% healthy horses are permitted for bodywork and energy work through ImPuls. In some cases, prior veterinary clarification may be necessary.
- The owner is obliged to disclose all previous health problems of the horse in question, be it illnesses or injuries, to enable ImPuls Methode to make an informed decision as to whether the requested appointment is appropriate and/or if prior veterinary clarification is necessary.
- The services offered by ImPuls Methode do not in any way replace treatment by a veterinarian. The services provided by ImPuls Methode are to be understood as supplementary services. Veterinary care or advice may still be necessary if required.
- The ImPuls Method will never make a diagnosis. All types of diagnoses may only be made by a veterinarian according to the law.
- If further services are necessary and desired following a veterinary examination and diagnosis, ImPuls Methode can offer these under specific conditions. ImPuls Methode possesses the necessary qualifications and experience to offer physiotherapy and rehabilitation treatments under veterinary supervision and following explicit instruction from the vet. However, it must be noted that these services can only be offered in collaboration with a veterinarian and are subject to certain legal requirements. All necessary details will be clarified in advance with the owner and the veterinarian.
- Cancellation Policy: Fees for cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full, unless due to a veterinary emergency. If you fail to attend an appointment we have booked for you and do not notify us in advance, then the appointment will not be honoured by Adrienne Tomkinson. In this case, the full cost of the appointment, including any travel expenses, will be charged.
