The Equimpulse system is an intelligent concept for muscle building and rehabilitation. It was born from the close collaboration between successful rider Denise and international equine therapist Adrienne. The development was inspired by Denise's mare, Rosie, who became stuck after surgery and a long period of box rest. We wanted to create a solution that helps horses regain a positive sense of their bodies.

How does the Equimpulse training band work?
Equimpulse is a comprehensive system that improves your horse's performance and well-being where movement originates. It is based on the principle of Biotensegrity – the functional interplay of muscles, fascia and skeleton into a stable unit.
The heart of the matter is the Bespoke orthopaedic body brace, which is held perfectly in position by special straps. It specifically touches reflex points that naturally „wake up“ the muscles. This dual action stabilises the deep supporting muscles while simultaneously giving the large movement muscles a framework against which they can work healthily.

Muscle loss unfortunately becomes an issue quickly after injuries. Our custom-made body band helps your horse – especially during stall rest – to maintain a healthy posture and keep the body frame stable, making rehabilitation easier.

Whether in the stable or during training: EquImpulse encourages the horse to use its muscles symmetrically. This orthopaedic-inspired band system – comparable to functional support bandages in human medicine – can relieve areas that are currently less stable, such as joints, the back, or weaker muscle chains. The slight tension of the elastic material encourages the horse to use its musculature more consciously. This allows natural carrying capacity, stability, and endurance to be rebuilt step by step.
